class OutputMeasurement(self: br_stimpy._bstimulator.OutputMeasurement)

The stimulator is capable of sending out a stimulus using known values and measure the voltage that is returned at five locations during the course of that stimulation. The five values in order are as follows: Just before the first phase, during the first phase, in between phases, during the second phase, and just after the second phase.
